All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Preorders
Some items may be offered as preorders. Preorder items are not in stock and will ship once production is complete. Estimated shipping timelines for preorder items will be provided on the product page.

If your order includes a preorder item, the entire order will be shipped once all items are ready unless stated otherwise.

Shipping Times
Once shipped, delivery times are estimated as follows:

- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to international orders.
